JNC LLC is a Merrillville, IN based company that began in 2017 at the age of 18 in Jazmyne's mother's home. After Jazmyne graduated High School she went to college and progressively began taking family members and college students as models for $20-$40 to perform facials, waxing, pedicures/manicures, brow tinting, and hair braiding.

While in college working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Jazmyne decided to pursue her craft more seriously after she realized she could be her own boss and earn a passive income doing something she enjoyed. Jazmyne opted to take training classes to become certified in the services she already offers.

Jazmyne then became a Certified Lash Technician in 2019, hoping to expand her services at Jay NeCole Collections LLC. Jazmyne did not know by embarking into the Lash World that she would be a Phenomenal Lash Designer and would teach over 50+ students to become certified in Lash Extensions and teach other services as well. Jazmyne’s passion for lash design continues to flourish, with each day bringing new opportunities for innovation and self-expression. Mastering this craft has unlocked a world of creative possibilities that she never thought was possible.

Jazmyne had to take sometime off due do being a new Single Mother in 2023 and having to learn how to balance work life, college life and being a new mother. Jazmyne's entrepreneurial and motherhood journey to a toddler is currently unfolding on a daily basis. Jazmyne has return back in college after receiving her Bachelor’s in 2021 and is now working towards her Master’s Degree in Social Work.

Jay NeCole Collections LLC embodies a luxury service brand and has evolved into a true venue for clients to form lifelong ties and friendships. Jay NeCole Collections LLC is just one of several enterprises she intends to launch in the near future.
